Tips for use:
This hose can be attached directly to the faucet or incorporated into an irrigation system. For best results use at low pressure for an extended period.
Soaker hoses can be joined together, but the total length should not exceed 100 feet (30m). For longer runs it is advisable to feed water from both ends.
For permanent installation, bury the hose 75mm to 120mm underground.
Water distribution will depend on soil type and moisture content. In sandy soils, where the water percolates through quickly place hoses 500 mm apart. For heavy clay soils that hold moisture for a longer period. A spacing of up to 1 metre works well.
