If you still have the returns form that was enclosed with your original goods, please fill it in and remember to indicate whether you wish to have an exchange or a refund and send it back with the faulty / damaged item to:

It is not a problem if you have lost the returns form, instead, just write down your contact details and address, the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund, and send this with the faulty / damaged item to the address above.
Provided that the goods:
· are sent to the return address specified;
· are in the same condition as that supplied to you;
· are returned within 28 days of purchase,
We will either (i) arrange for an exchange of the goods or (ii) refund you the total amount you originally paid for the goods, the P&P charge you paid at the time of purchase, and the cost of return postage.
We will process the return for exchange or refund within 48 hours of us receiving the goods. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to 4 days to appear on your account, so you will normally be able to see that you have been reimbursed within 7 days from the date we receive the goods back from you.
I have changed my mind and no longer wish to buy the goods – what do I do?
Unlike when you buy goods from a high street shop in person, when you buy goods ‘at a distance’, i.e. online, by telephone, or mail order, you are entitled to a ‘cooling-off’ period in which you can change your mind and cancel your order.
As Mail Shop falls into this category, when you buy from us you have a cooling-off period of seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. During this time you may cancel your order and return the goods if you find them unsatisfactory in any way.

· Perishable goods such as food or flowers;
· Personalised or tailor-made goods; and
· Goods supplied in circumstances as being ‘non-returnable’, e.g. personal hygiene products.

I wish to return the goods, but they are very heavy or large, what do I do?
For goods that are very heavy or large/big in size, you may call up 0843-382-0000 to request for a doorstep collection.
· A doorstep collection is a request for a designated courier to collect the returned goods from your doorstep
· A doorstep collection may be chargeable and may vary from product to product

· Toothbrushes
· Shavers / Epilators
· Food Hampers
· Cosmetic products
· Intimate products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, products of clothing used on skin, hair, nails or body may not be accepted for returns unless faulty.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
