Delivery Information

Unless otherwise specified, we aim to despatch all items within 3 days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. All items are subject to availability, and we will inform you immediately should there be any delay in despatching your order to you. The delivery time for plants is 28 days.
MailLife and their suppliers are able to deliver items for sale on this website to UK and Northern Ireland addresses as long as you have a UK Royal Mail standard postcode (e.g., AB1 1YZ). The exception to this are items supplied by Timscris who will only deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver any items to the Channel Islands as they are not part of the European Union. As such we are unable to process orders from those countries for VAT reasons. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

Returns Policy

My goods are faulty / damaged what do I do?
You return the goods to the address on the advice note accompanying the goods; the goods are returned in their original packaging; the goods are returned at our expense to the return address specified on the confirmation of order that accompanied the goods; the goods are in no worse a condition than when they were supplied to you by us. If these conditions are met you will be refunded the amount you originally paid for the goods within 30 days from the date the goods are received from you.

Terms and Conditions

The goods and services on this website are provided on behalf of The Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday by our suppliers. When you purchase goods and services from this website, the contract that will be created will be between you and the supplier.

No contract will subsist between you and the suppliers of this service, for the sale by them to you of any product unless and until you have received confirmation of your order in the form of an e-mail confirming details of your order. There will then be a legally binding contract between you and the supplier(s).

The site is available only for your personal, non-commercial use.

Goods are normally dispatched within 3 days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order. Please note that orders for multiple products may be sent under separate cover and dispatched using different methods of carriage from multiple locations. Please allow up to 28 days for receipt of your full order.

The price shown for each product is the price you pay, subject to payment of any applicable taxes or postage costs. We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline to supply any individual or company. In instances when no postcode or inadequate address details are provided we do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery.

No responsibility can be accepted for late or non delivery due to strikes, riots or other disruptions.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes temporarily out of stock we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency.

In the event that you buy any goods or services using this website you will be bound by such terms as are notified by us to you.

We have no responsibility to supply to you any goods or services as may be advertised for sale or supply on this website. When you place the order for goods or services, you are making a legal offer to the suppliers, which they may or may not decide to accept.

A legally binding contract will exist when you receive written confirmation (by e-mail or otherwise) that confirms your order.

No terms agreed between us will be varied unless such a variation has been agreed in writing. However, we reserve the right to supply to you goods that are not exactly those you ordered, but are of an equivalent type and quality, at the same or less price than those you ordered. If you are supplied with goods at a lesser price than those you ordered and paid for, you will be reimbursed with the difference.

You may return such goods as are supplied by us to you provided: you return the goods to the address on the advice note accompanying the goods within 7 days of receipt by you; the goods are returned in their original packaging; the goods are returned at your expense to the return address specified on the confirmation of order that accompanied the goods; the goods are in no worse a condition than when they were supplied to you by us; the goods are not of a type specified, or are supplied in circumstances as being, “non-returnable”. If these conditions are met you will be refunded the amount you originally paid for the goods within 30 days from the date the goods are received from you.

You will own the goods once they have been paid for and sent to you, and you will therefore be responsible for all risks of whatever nature that arise once the goods have been dispatched in good order to you. You are advised to take out adequate insurance cover for such eventualities.

This agreement is between you and the suppliers, and this agreement is not intended to confer any rights of any nature upon any party other than you and us and our legal associates.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered or you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may return them for either a full refund or replacement goods if returned within 7 days of receipt. The information on how to return your products and a returns form will be sent with your order, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. It will also be sent to you via e-mail when we confirm your order.

The right to cancel the order does not apply to personalised goods (such as t-shirts, handkerchiefs or goods featuring a personal message or monogram); audio or video recordings or software which you have taken out of the sealed packet in which it was delivered to you.

To cancel your order you must notify us by e-mailing the supplier at the email address shown on your order confirmation email and below or by calling the supplier's customer service telephone number.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email from the supplier of your goods. You will receive one email per supplier (for example if you order 2 products from one supplier and 1 product from another supplier, you will receive 2 emails).

Where is my order?
Please email the supplier whose details are on your confirmation email or at the bottom of this page. Unless otherwise specified, our suppliers aim to despatch all items within 3 days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. All items are subject to availability, and our suppliers will inform you immediately should there be any delay in despatching your order to you. The delivery time for plants is 28 days.

When will my order arrive?
The delivery details of your goods will be included in your confirmation email and may vary by supplier.

Do you allow delivery to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address to your own address.

If I pay by credit or debit card, when will my card be charged?
All payments by debit or credit card are taken on despatch of the product, not the moment you place an order.

Will all the goods I order arrive at the same time?
Your goods may arrive at different times due to being despatched under seperate cover. Check the printout of your order confirmation or your confirmation email to determine the supplier of your goods and when those goods will be delivered.

What do I do if my goods are damaged or faulty?
You should contact the supplier of your goods in the first instance. Their contact details are found on your confirmation email or at the bottom of this page.

How do I return my goods?
You can return your goods to the supplier for a refund as long as the goods are unused and unworn and are not perishable or personalised. Each supplier has a different returns policy that is outlined in your confirmation email and in the pack when you receive your goods. MailLife recommends you use a recorded delivery service to ensure the safe delivery of returned goods.

I live outside the UK. Can I order items from MailLife?
MailLife items on this site are available for the UK mainland only. Unfortunately our suppliers will not be able to process orders for non-UK addresses.

Do you charge for postage and packing?
P&P is now free for all plant, flower, shrub and bulb offers only unless otherwise stated. Orders for all other products are subject to a P&P cost of £3.99 plus handling. If you order a mixture of plants and non-plant products, you will be charged £3.99 P&P plus handling.

Do you accept any other currency for payment?
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency.

What cards do you accept as payment?
Our suppliers accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Delta credit/debit cards.

I have collected tokens for an offer in the Daily Mail/Mail on Sunday, and sent off for the item. Who do I need to contact?
Offers for DVD’s, CD’s and other token offers are marketed by Daily Mail Promotions department. Their email address is promotions@dailymail.co.uk

I ordered an item from MailLife but it has come from a different supplier. Why is this?
MailLife uses suppliers to source products and who act on their behalf. This means your order is processed and sent out by the supplier and not MailLife.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is completely secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that any page you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information is encrypted to safeguard your details. Encryption also prevents other Internet users from accessing this information. We only accept orders that are placed using this technology.

I have a general, non-product, enquiry. Who should I contact?
You can email us at enquiries@maillife.co.uk. If your query is item specific or about your order, please email the supplier. We do not have access to your details and we can only pass on your email to the supplier.
