Service: I rate maillife highly although the dragon jade pendent I purchsaed I did not rate so highly.

Product: this pendent was a disappointment to me, it was more faded than the prvios pendent, very heavy but on a very fine chain which I feel will break if worn to much also it was hard to close the chain due to the very fine link.

Dear Mrs Willmott. Thank you for your feedback on the Jade Dragon Pendant. I am sorry you were disappointed with the colour and chain. As Jade is a naturally occuring semi-precious gemstone there are variations in shading. If you would like to return it, we can try and find one of a darker colour for you.

With regards to the chain, I would like to assure you, that we have never had a necklace returned because of a broken chain. Whilst the pendant is substantial the chain should not break. I hope this reassures you. Please do contact us again if you would like to exchange the jewellery or return it.

Service: Very efficient

Product: I was slightly disappointed that the Jade on the pendant and the bangle were slightly different colours but perhaps that is inevitable

Service: Have ordered a few times from Mailshop and have been happy with the service

Product: The pendant looked quite small in the picture and very delicate but when it was received it was huge! It wasn't very elegant at all and not suitable for the person I was going to give it to. So not happy with that at all

Service: the Mailshop experience was excellent from the moment I placed my order. My order was delivered promptly and as there was slight damage, I had to return one item, which was replaced and returned within TWO days.

Product: The Jade Dragon Pendant was damaged, but the replacement is excellent.
